How do I pay for a cable subscription?
Choose a provider, select the plan, enter the smartcard or account number, enter your phone number, choose a wallet, and submit the payment.
Why is a provider not showing on the cable page?
A provider only appears when it has at least one active plan configured in the system.
What happens if my cable payment fails?
If the provider fails after wallet debit, RapidBills marks the transaction failed and handles refund messaging through the transaction flow.
